Consider joining us as an integral member of our Human Resources team! This key role will help coordinate and organize daily functions of the Human Resources Department, specifically as it relates to recruiting, employee relations, event and community resource planning, onboarding new hires and organizational communications. Additionally, administers human resources activity by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Assists in recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Plans, conducts or assists with new employee orientation and onboarding initiatives across the company to foster positive attitude toward company.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Leads and participates all job fair activities, including annual internship program.
  • Assists with temporary and contractor labor management across the organization including the coordination of placement, time tracking and maintain/updated and accurate records including hours and costs.
  • Coordinates and oversees all communication in conjunction with the HR Assistant.
  • Leads (or assists) various HR Training initiatives, WOW & HOW program administration for employee recognition
  • Develop and implement surveys to gain employee perspective.
  • Plan, lead and coordinate all employee events and community service initiatives.
  • Performs reporting and analytics functions as necessary, including HRIS system administration including data entry and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in executing on HR projects and strategic plans as appropriate.

Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources combined with two years related HR experience; or 10 years administrative office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
